מי אנחנו
ישראל בידור (זד פלטפורם בע״מ, ח.פ 515976256) מפרסמת חדשות ותוכן בידור ברשתות החברתיות. ״לוח הנתונים של ישראל בידור״ (Israel Bidur Data Board) הוא מערכת פנימית שמציגה לצוות של ישראל בידור את ביצועי הפרסומים של החשבונות שלה באינסטגרם, בטיקטוק וביוטיוב.
את המערכת בנתה ומפעילה עבור ישראל בידור SimplyFast.AI, השם המסחרי של כלנית עוזרי, עוסק מורשה. המדיניות הזו מסבירה איזה מידע המערכת מקבלת, למה, איפה הוא נשמר ואיך מוחקים אותו.
מה השירות
- שירות פנימי. הגישה אליו בהזמנה בלבד, דרך כניסה מאובטחת. הוא לא פתוח לציבור והציבור לא נרשם אליו.
- הוא קורא נתונים של החשבונות של ישראל בידור בלבד. הוא עושה זאת רק אחרי שבעל החשבון אישר זאת במסך האישור הרשמי של הפלטפורמה. הגישה היא לקריאה בלבד.
מידע מיוטיוב
הערוץ של ישראל בידור ביוטיוב מחובר דרך YouTube Data API ו־YouTube Analytics API. ההרשאות שמתבקשות במסך האישור של Google הן:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly: צפייה בחשבון YouTube.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly: עיון בדוחות YouTube Analytics של התוכן.
המידע שמתקבל:
- פרטי הערוץ: שם, מזהה ומספר מנויים.
- הסרטונים והשורטס: כותרת, תאריך פרסום, משך וקישור.
- מדדי ביצוע: צפיות, זמן צפייה, לייקים, מספר תגובות, שיתופים ומקורות צפייה.
- נתוני קהל מצרפיים בלבד: התפלגות באחוזים לפי טווחי גיל, מגדר ומדינה.
המערכת לא מבקשת נתוני הכנסות מיוטיוב ולא מעלה, לא עורכת ולא מוחקת סרטונים.
מידע מפלטפורמות אחרות
באופן דומה המערכת קוראת נתונים מהחשבונות של ישראל בידור באינסטגרם ובטיקטוק: פרטי החשבון, הפרסומים, מדדי הביצוע שלהם ונתוני קהל מצרפיים.
מה המערכת לא מקבלת
סיסמאות. פרטים של עוקבים או צופים מסוימים. תוכן של תגובות או של הודעות פרטיות. המערכת לא מפרסמת, לא מגיבה ולא שולחת הודעות בשם החשבון.
למה משתמשים במידע
רק כדי להפעיל את הלוח והדוחות של ישראל בידור. לספונסר שהקמפיין שלו פורסם אצל ישראל בידור מוצגים המספרים של הפרסומים של אותו קמפיין. לא מוכרים מידע, לא משתמשים בו לפרסום ולא מעבירים אותו לאחרים מלבד ספקי התשתית המפורטים בהמשך.
מדדי יוטיוב מוצגים כפי שיוטיוב מספקת אותם. המערכת לא מחשבת מהם דירוג, מדד או מחיר ולא מחברת אותם למספרים של פלטפורמות אחרות.
שימוש במידע מ־Google APIs
השימוש של לוח הנתונים של ישראל בידור במידע שהתקבל מ־Google APIs וההעברה שלו לכל אפליקציה אחרת יעמדו במדיניות המשתמש של שירותי Google API, כולל דרישות השימוש המוגבל (Limited Use).
שירותי YouTube API
המערכת משתמשת בשירותי YouTube API. בחיבור ערוץ יוטיוב מסכימים לתנאי השימוש של YouTube וגם למדיניות הפרטיות של Google.
איפה המידע נשמר ומי רואה אותו
- המידע נשמר בחשבון הענן של ישראל בידור ב־Cloudflare.
- מפתחות הגישה לפלטפורמות נשמרים מוצפנים.
- רק אנשים שישראל בידור אישרה ונציגי SimplyFast.AI שמפעילים את השירות יכולים לצפות בנתונים.
- ספקי תשתית: Cloudflare לאחסון והרצה. ניתוח בבינה מלאכותית (Cloudflare Workers AI ו־Anthropic) משמש לזיהוי נושא הפרסום והספונסר מתוך כיתובים ותמונות של פרסומים של ישראל בידור עצמה ולעוזר נתונים פנימי. אין זיהוי פנים.
כמה זמן המידע נשמר
כל עוד השירות פעיל והחשבון מאושר. כשהשירות מסתיים או כשבעל החשבון מבטל את ההרשאה, המידע מאותו חשבון נמחק תוך 30 יום. מידע מיוטיוב נמחק תוך 7 ימים מביטול ההרשאה. המערכת בודקת באופן קבוע שההרשאה עדיין בתוקף.
ביטול הרשאה ומחיקת מידע
בעל חשבון יכול לבטל את הגישה בכל רגע:
- טיקטוק: בהגדרות האפליקציה, תחת אבטחה והרשאות של אפליקציות.
- אינסטגרם: בהגדרות, תחת אתרים ואפליקציות.
- יוטיוב וחשבון Google: ב־security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
לבקשת מחיקה כתבו ל־data@israelbidur.co.il עם שם החשבון. נמחק את המידע ונאשר בכתב תוך 30 יום. פרטים נוספים בדף מחיקת המידע.
ילדים
השירות מיועד לצוות של ישראל בידור. הוא לא אוסף ביודעין מידע אישי על ילדים. נתוני הקהל שמתקבלים מהפלטפורמות הם מצרפיים ואינם מזהים אף אדם.

לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, אתם רשאים לבקש לעיין במידע שלכם, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו. פנו אלינו במייל ונענה תוך 30 יום.
שינויים במדיניות
אם נשנה את המדיניות, נעדכן את התאריך בראש הדף.

Who we are
Israel Bidur (Z Platform Ltd, company no. 515976256) publishes entertainment news and content on social media. "Israel Bidur Data Board" is an internal system that shows the Israel Bidur team how the publications of its accounts on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube perform.
The system was built for Israel Bidur and is operated by SimplyFast.AI, the trading name of Calanit Ozeri, a registered sole proprietor in Israel. This policy explains what data the system receives, why, where it is kept and how it is deleted.
What the service is
- An internal service. Access is by invitation only, through a secure sign-in. It is not open to the public and the public does not register for it.
- It reads data of Israel Bidur's own accounts only, and only after the account owner has authorized it on the platform's official consent screen. Access is read-only.
Data from YouTube
Israel Bidur's YouTube channel is connected through the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API. The permissions requested on Google's consent screen are:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly: view your YouTube account.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly: view YouTube Analytics reports for your YouTube content.
The data received:
- Channel details: name, ID and subscriber count.
- Videos and Shorts: title, publication date, duration and link.
- Performance metrics: views, watch time, likes, comment counts, shares and traffic sources.
- Aggregated audience data only: distribution as percentages by age range, gender and country.
The system does not request YouTube revenue data and does not upload, edit or delete videos.
Data from other platforms
In the same way the system reads data from Israel Bidur's accounts on Instagram and TikTok: account details, publications, their performance metrics and aggregated audience data.
What the system does not receive
Passwords. Details of individual followers or viewers. The content of comments or private messages. The system does not post, comment or send messages on behalf of any account.
How we use the data
Only to run the board and the reports of Israel Bidur. A sponsor whose campaign ran with Israel Bidur is shown the numbers of that campaign's publications. We do not sell data, use it for advertising or share it with anyone except the infrastructure providers listed below.
YouTube metrics are shown as YouTube provides them. The system does not calculate a rating, index or price from them and does not combine them with the numbers of other platforms.
Use of information received from Google APIs
The use by Israel Bidur Data Board of information received from Google APIs, and its transfer to any other app, will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube API Services
The system uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and to the Google Privacy Policy.
Where data is stored and who can see it
- Data is stored in Israel Bidur's own Cloudflare cloud account.
- Platform access tokens are stored encrypted.
- Only people Israel Bidur authorizes and the SimplyFast.AI staff who operate the service can view the data.
- Infrastructure providers: Cloudflare for hosting and processing. AI analysis (Cloudflare Workers AI and Anthropic) is used to identify the topic and the sponsor from captions and images of Israel Bidur's own publications, and for an internal data assistant. There is no facial recognition.
Retention
For as long as the service is active and the account is authorized. When the service ends or the account owner revokes access, the data of that account is deleted within 30 days. YouTube data is deleted within 7 days of revocation. The system regularly checks that the authorization is still valid.
Revoking access and deleting data
An account owner can revoke access at any time:
- TikTok: in the app settings, under Security and app permissions.
- Instagram: in Settings, under Apps and websites.
- YouTube and Google accounts: at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
To request deletion, email data@israelbidur.co.il with the account name. We will delete the data and confirm in writing within 30 days. More on the data deletion page.
Children
The service is intended for the Israel Bidur team. It does not knowingly collect personal data about children. The audience data received from platforms is aggregated and does not identify any person.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your data. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
