המספרים מגיעים מהפלטפורמות כפי שהן מספקות אותם. הם עשויים להתעכב או להתעדכן בדיעבד. השירות ניתן כפי שהוא, בלי התחייבות לזמינות רצופה.
פלטפורמות צד שלישי
החיבור לפלטפורמות (אינסטגרם, טיקטוק ויוטיוב) כפוף לתנאי השימוש של כל פלטפורמה. בחיבור ערוץ יוטיוב מסכימים גם לתנאי השימוש של YouTube.
קניין רוחני
השם והלוגו ישראל בידור שייכים לישראל בידור. נתוני הפלטפורמות שייכים לבעלי החשבונות ולפלטפורמות.
הגבלת אחריות
במידה המותרת בדין ישראל בידור ו־SimplyFast.AI לא אחראיות לנזק עקיף שנגרם משימוש בשירות.
פרטיות
מידע על איסוף המידע ושמירתו במדיניות הפרטיות.
דין וסמכות שיפוט
על התנאים חל הדין הישראלי. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

The connection to platforms (Instagram, TikTok and YouTube) is subject to each platform's terms. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

The name and logo Israel Bidur belong to Israel Bidur. Platform data belongs to the account owners and the platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Israel Bidur and SimplyFast.AI are not liable for indirect damage caused by use of the service.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
